I can't imagine my life without a dog! They give such pleasure and are just so great to be around. They are always glad to see you, even if they just saw you 5 minutes ago! I feed quality food so that my pets can have a quality life and hope that you continue with this.  All my dogs are on heartworm and parasite preventatives. The puppies are usually born in my bedroom and are given personal attention and a watchful eye. Below is the back porch and fenced in yard they play in when they are older. Alot of care and attention goes into raising a litter.

HEALTH:  As responsible  breeders, the health, happiness and longevity of our puppies, and the ultimate satisfaction of our puppy buyers are our first concerns. Puppies are thoroughly checked out for overall  health and are vaccinated and health certified. Dewormings are started at 2-3 weeks of age and continue every two weeks.  We guarantee our puppies for one year against hereditary or genetic conditions.  Parents tested yearly for all congenital defects. See individual dogs for OFA  and other Health Certifications.   

PAYMENTS: Deposits can be made in Cash, Pre-approved personal Checks, US Postal Money Order, or by Visa or  Mastercard thru Pay Pal.  Deposits are required to hold a puppy until old enough to be picked up. No Puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been received and cleared the bank. $200.00 Deposits by paypal are the  fastest way to secure your deposit. Seller pays the paypal fees for Deposits. Buyer pays paypal fees on final payments. You do not need a paypal account to pay by Visa or Mastercard. 

WE ACCEPT DEPOSITS ON FUTURE LITTERS.

We accept $200 deposits for future litters and the choice of puppies are selected in the order that deposits are received. However, breeder reserves the right to keep first choice puppy from any litter bred.   Each consecutive person must choose their puppy by the time the pups are 4 weeks old at which time they must choose or forfeit their spot.  Their deposit can be moved to a future litter.  

Note: For Cockapoos,  I take my best guess as to which puppies to dock tails.  This has to be done by day three. To me, I love them all and whether they have a docked tail or not is not going to keep me from loving them.  Talk to your vet about docking a tail or removing dew claws at the time of neutering or spaying if that is important to you.

If for some reason you have put a deposit on a puppy and feel you can not take that puppy and the puppy is over 4 weeks old, you forfeit the deposit.  If the puppy is less than four weeks old, you can move your deposit to another litter.  If you place a deposit on a specific litter, and that litter is specified at the time of deposit and for some reason no puppies are born, your deposit is refundable. 

Placing a Deposit on a future litter puts you ahead of those on the Birth Announcement list.

ON LITTERS WITH DEPOSITS.

On litters with deposits, those with a deposit will choose their puppy by the time the puppy is four weeks old. At that time, any remaining puppies will be put on the website and announced to those on the birth announcement list.

ON LITTERS WITHOUT DEPOSITS

Birth announcements will be sent and puppies will be posted on the website. Please understand that we have had more than one person want the  same puppy  at the same time. Because of this, if you are sure you want a particular puppy we strongly suggest that you reserve it with a deposit. If we are confident that each party interested is a good match for our puppy we go by a first come, first serve basis,
whoever gives the deposit first gets the dog. Because of this the deposit is Non-Refundable. The puppy is not considered sold until we have received the deposit.  If you are mailing a personal check for a deposit on a litter that is already born, please send it via Fed X, UPS or Priority Express so that it has a tracking number. Do not mail it via regular mail. Paypal is the preferred method for deposits.   Seller pays the fees for the deposits.  Buyer pays the fees for final payments.

Final payments may be made by  by cash, direct electronic transfer from your bank account, US Postal Money Order or paypal. Sorry, no personal checks for final payments.  If shipping your puppy, your final payment is due 5 days before shipping. If your payment is not received before the puppy ships, you will forfeit your deposit and puppy.

Guarantee

Your puppy is guaranteed against life threatening congenital defects until one year of age. If within that period your puppy is found to have such defect, you may return the puppy along with the vet's report for replacement. A second opinion may be required. I have been breeding since 2005 and take it very seriously. Alot goes into the selection of breeding a dog and caring for the pregnant female and her puppies. All adults are health checked annually. See individual dogs for their health and OFA Certifications. They are registered either with the AKC (American Kennel Club) for Cavaliers or ACC (American Cockapoo Club) for Cockapoos. Papers on dogs sold with Limited Registration will be sent after proof of spay or neuter is received.

We strive to raise the best puppy we can.  It is recommended that the new owner take their new puppy to the vet of their choice within 72 hours of receipt. If a problem is found at this time, the buyer should contact Breeder with the report from their vet for replacement with the next available puppy of the same value. A second opinion may be required.  The puppy must be returned immediately for replacement. Sorry, No cash refunds are given. Please see detailed  guarantee you will receive at purchase. No replacement or Cash Refunds on Healthy puppies returned within 72 hours.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Breeder can not guarantee adult size, conformation, color or trainability. Dogs purchased for breeding are not guaranteed to be able to reproduce.   Breeder shall not be responsible for the behavior of the dog. Buyer agrees to maintain the dog at all times in good health with periodic checkups and recommended immunizations.

 All Puppies come with first set of shots, worming at 3,5,7 weeks of age. Puppies are raised in our home and are handled from birth to socialize them to home environments.   We welcome you to come and visit with us by appointment.  However, due to the health and safety of our puppies, no one may handle puppies until they have received their first shots (usually 5 to 6 weeks old). This is for the protection of the puppies.Deposits are non refundable but are transferrable.

Puppies are born in my bedroom and stay there for the first few days. Then they move into the "puppy room" which is climate controlled and private. Once they are older they are started in the socialization process and have playtime in the kitchen, living room or outside. They sleep on a fleece bed and have toys to play with.  We take pride in doing all we can to raise a healthy, happy puppy!
